Rules and Regulations for Public Water Systems

The rules and regulations for public water systems are established and enforced by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) in Title 30 Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC), Chapter 290. The regulations adopted by TCEQ must meet or exceed the rules adopted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Safe Drinking Water Act. Martin County FWSD 1 is committed to compliance of these rules and regulations. ​

Groundwater
